Start your child on a 1-year Little Woodworkers® “Apprenticeship” EXPERIENCE. You receive all 4 wooden project KITS (in 4 separate boxes) delivered right to your doorstep. To make the experience (and memories) last longer, we recommend giving your child one project every 3 months or on 4 special occasions throughout the year. Making it a gift that keeps on giving.

Included is also a special personalised surprise to give to your child with the construcion of the fourth and final project. This is to mark the occasion and celebrate your child’s achievement completing his/her 1-year Little Woodworkers® “Apprenticeship”.

Every good “apprentice” starts off with a Toolbox. This is the first wooden project for your child to make. The Toolbox Starter Kit includes the TOOLS needed to make each project: a hammer, a screwdriver and safety glasses.

Keep those tools safe (i.e. inside the Toolbox) as he/she will need them to make the three additional toys: Locomotive, Vintage Car, Biplane (in no particular order).

This (potential 1-YEAR) “Apprentice” EXPERIENCE, also includes a secret link and password to a FUN easy-to-follow VIDEO demonstration (for each project!) with Jim, the toymaker.

In addition, you will also receive the PRINTED step-by-step assembly instructions in each box.

Boys and girls aged 6 to 12.

+ What type of wood do you use to make the toys?

We use sustainably sourced untreated radiata Pine wood to make all our wooden products.

+ Can I get involved in the toy making process?

Experience and confidence is gained by allowing your child to construct their project independently. Safety is paramount, so a look over your child's shoulder or an encouraging word may be all that's needed.

+ What months do we receive each project kit?

As soon as you place your order, we will send all four project KITS right to your doorstep (for as long as stock lasts, after which this Woodwork Apprentice EXPERIENCE will be discontinued.)
